Dear subscribers, viewers and friends,I am back from Mexico and Latin America and here is a video that i have been meaning to do for a long time. I sincerely hope that this info will help you in your understanding, faith, belief in your nutrition and help you either stay or even better change and improve your nutrition. There are 10's of millions of species on this planet and they all need all of their various nutrients to live strong and healthy lives. There is no species on this planet that consumes ALL 4 FOOD GROUPS as a part of their main diet. Even Omnivores like black bears will not eat Dairy and Grains as a part of their nutrition. So even the omnivores only consume 2 out of the 4 food groups! All other species like herbivores, carnivores, foliovores, consume almost exclusively 1 food group. Sure there are times of extreme measures when rarely species will deviate and consume something else, but this is rare and in tiny quantities relative to their physiological nutrition. The dairy food group is a joke because no species as an adult consumes dairy as a part of their nutrition NONE. On this planet there is no one species that is consuming the four food groups or is able to digest all four well. Would a cow benefit by diversifying its nutrition by eating animals or grains. Definitely no they would drastically degrade their nutrition. Cows and other herbivores that are grain fed suffer tremendously from massive indigestion which causes incredible toxemia including various gases. Their gain weight (most fat and water) beyond their anatomical ideal norm and have to be degassed in order not to die or suffer even more. WE ARE NOT AN EXCEPTION to the millions of species. We can't digest these four food groups and have heavily denature them via processing (various heat treating) which causes countless devastating consequences. By consuming all four food groups we suffer tremendous consequences and you can just look around us to see the results. We will do best if we consume one food group for our nutrition, the one that appeals to our senses most, the one that is most easily digestible and able to eliminate for us, the one that we could actually acquire, the one that our physiology, anatomy and even psychology is evolved/designed to consume.I wish that your faith / belief has strengthened and that your fears of having to substitute DAIRY, GRAIN or FLESH/MEAT is torn down. You don't need ALL 4 groups. I hope that this anchor has been ripped. So if your nutrition is a Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw Wegan, Raw, Macro or what ever I hope that you will be more at piece in mind consuming your more specific nutrition than what is taught by our society. The closer and more of that you consume of your physiological nutrition that your digestive system is designed to digest/absorb/assimilate/eliminate the better of your health will be for various reasons. If you consume the western diet you may choose to go Vegetarian, Vegetarians be at ease with Vegan no species consumes dairy as an Adult on any extended basis. Vegans perhaps you can choose plant food that more highly appeal to your senses of taste, sight, touch and don't require heat treating to be digestible, you can too move closer towards your physiological nutrition. Raw vegans well you can drop the salts, garlic, spices, high fat, onions, Dehydrated, blended, poor food combination etc stuff and move closer towards your species specific nutrition. Even the raw 80/10/10nr's food combining, other lifestyle areas are interlinked and govern / affect your nutrition. We all have room for improvement and growing, learning, changing. trying new things = living. So take it easy on yourself and enjoy the journey where ever you are.If you like to have your nutrition along with all other areas of health catapulted to new high than consider my Costa Rica / Latin America winter get away vacation / mentorship. I don't care if you are a 10 year raw vegan or who ever I guarantee that what ever plateau your health is we can elevate it. You would come back with such rock solid beliefs that I don't care if your entire family and friends want to pull you down you would be next to not affected by them. Plus traveling in Costa Rica is one of the most enjoyable and educational things I found. Equator, Peru, and Brazil is also an option but a bit farther. For more info contact me.
